Your Complimentary In-Person Consultation
Before we officially book your session, I invite you to a complimentary in-person consultation at my home studio. This is our chance to meet, get to know one another, and talk through all the details of your photography session—from who we’re photographing to the vision you have for your finished portraits.
You’ll also be able to see and feel the artwork I offer—albums, wall art, and keepsakes—so you can imagine what’s possible for your own home. My goal is for you to feel completely comfortable and informed before moving forward.
This time together is relaxed, personalized, and designed to ensure we’re the right fit for one another.
Design Consultation
Once you’ve booked your session with Nicole Reynolds Photography, we’ll schedule your pre-session design consultation. This is where the magic truly begins.
Together, we’ll plan every detail—from choosing the perfect location and coordinating outfits to selecting the best time of day for beautiful light. We’ll also talk about the artwork you’re envisioning for your home and go over pricing, so there are no surprises.
It’s a relaxed, thoughtful time to ensure everything is just right—and a great opportunity to ask questions and feel completely prepared for your session.

Fun-filled, happy and carefree, sessions with Nicole are anything but stressful. Most sessions last about 2 hours, and we are never in a rush. We want you to have fun and enjoy the experience!
